How do shipping times and shipping fees work?
Shipping Time & Fees are calculated through our third party logistics warehouse and are dependent upon your distance from our warehouse in California. Visit the Shipping Policy page for more information.
What do I do if I have an issue with my order?
Please email your issue to firstname.lastname@example.org. If requests for order modifications are submitted at a time when the order has already been processed and/or is in transit, you will have to wait until the order is delivered and then send back the unwanted item(s) to our warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return ticket will not be accepted. Our team will review each return and issue store credit or a replacement when possible. In general, items returned unused and undamaged will qualify for store credit in the amount of the original purchase, less the cost of shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. Hats are non-returnable.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the USA, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, and the UK. More international destinations will be added soon.
All packages are shipped with tracking numbers.
What’s the deal with free shipping?
For US addresses only, shipping is free for orders US$50.00 and over excluding taxes. The discount is automatically applied at checkout. Free shipping includes standard shipping with tracking number.
